ABOUT HOLLYSTIC ALCHEMY
About Hollystic Alchemy
a nervous system centered practice
Hollystic Alchemy is a nervous-system-centered practice rooted in the understanding that healing is both biological and creative.

Hollystic Alchemy, by Holly Del Valle, is grounded in one core truth:
The body is intelligent, adaptive, and always moving toward balance when it feels safe enough to do so
By working with the nervous system and the structures that help it organize, Holly's approach becomes less about intervention and more about supporting the body's own process. At the foundation of Holly's work is Craniosacral Therapy, a non invasive modality that supports the craniosacral system, fascia, and central nervous system. Sessions may also include fascial unwinding, lymphatic support, primitive reflex integration, emotional processing, and frequency based support that helps the body access its own regenerative intelligence.
This work focuses on creating the internal conditions that allow the body to heal from within. When the nervous system is regulated and communication between the brain and body improves, the system can more effectively use its own energy, cellular resources, and innate capacity for repair and adaptation.

Alchemy is the
process of transformation
Alchemy is the process of transformation
It is the ability to meet our experiences, even the difficult ones, and transmute them into something meaningful
This work honors the truth that we are powerful co creators
When inner balance is restored through the nervous system, the body, and creative expression, alignment becomes possible on every level
Hollystic Alchemy exists to support that remembering

Holly DelValle is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of hands on experience working with fascia and the body’s connective tissues.

HOLLY'S PATH TO THIS WORK BEGAN WITH PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
What started as a search for answers after sudden and significant health challenges that traditional doctors and specialists had no clear explanation for became a deeper listening to the body itself.
In time, Holly began to truly understand how the nervous system, connective tissue, breath, and subtle signals shape how we feel, respond, and heal. And everything shifted.
Today, Holly is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of hands on experience working with fascia and the body’s connective tissues.
From the beginning, Holly was drawn to the deeper patterns beneath symptoms. Craniosacral Therapy was always the goal even before it formally entered her training - because it aligned with how Holly already understood the body to work due to her own lived experience with it.

MOTHERHOOD CHANGED EVERYTHING
Motherhood deepened this understanding in ways I never expected. Like many families, our birth did not go as planned. An emergency C section and the layers of stress and trauma that followed shaped both my son’s early experience and my own nervous system. We navigated oral ties, difficulty breastfeeding, and the emotional toll that comes when your instincts tell you something is off, but answers feel limited.
At the time, I knew Craniosacral Therapy as something powerful for adults. I had no idea how profoundly supportive it could have been for our son and for us as a family in those early days and beyond. What I know now is that the early brain body connection matters deeply. The nervous system, reflexes, fascia, and oral structures all influence how a child feeds, breathes, sleeps, and regulates.
This lived experience reshaped my work. It shifted my focus toward supporting the nervous system first and honoring how much the body holds, adapts, and communicates long before words.

Matt | Massage Therapist
Matt has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018, with a focus on fascia-based, intuitive bodywork. His approach blends deep tissue release, sports massage, myofascial techniques, cupping, and Craniosacral Therapy to support the body in unwinding tension and restoring balance.
Rather than following a routine, Matt listens to the body’s cues, allowing each session to be guided by what your system needs most. His work can be both deeply therapeutic and profoundly calming, helping to release restrictions, improve mobility, and support overall nervous system regulation.

Healing is not about adding something from the outside
It is about helping the body use what it already has
When regulation and internal communication improve, the body’s own regenerative capacity becomes more accessible
Alongside bodywork, intuitive creation became an essential part of my own healing journey. Through fluid art and creative expression, I reconnected with my inner child, my intuition, and a deeper sense of alignment. Creation became a way to listen, release, and integrate in ways the nervous system often needs beyond words.
This creative process is woven into Hollystic Alchemy because the body and the creative field are deeply connected. When we create without force or expectation, we access regulation, play, and coherence. We remember that we are not just responding to life, but actively participating in it.

In-Person & Distance Healing
The body exists within a larger field of information and relationship. Because of this, this work does not always need to happen in person to be effective.
Subtle work, intention, and frequency based support can meet the nervous system without adding physical or sensory load. This is particularly helpful for highly sensitive systems and connective tissue conditions where the body may already be working hard to adapt to external pressures.
Distance sessions support internal reorganization, allowing the body to find balance from the inside rather than being managed from the outside.
