What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch, non-invasive bodywork modality that works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. By gently releasing restrictions within this system, CST helps the body restore its natural rhythms, reduce tension, and support the nervous system’s self-regulation.
Sessions are deeply relaxing. Many clients describe feeling a profound sense of stillness and ease — as if their body finally exhaled. CST is suitable for all ages, from newborns to older adults, and is particularly powerful for those dealing with chronic stress, pain, or nervous system dysregulation.

How it works
A gentle approach that listens to the body.
Holly uses a very light touch — often no more than the weight of a nickel — to listen to the craniosacral rhythm throughout the body.

She identifies areas of restriction and uses gentle techniques to help the tissues release and reorganize.
The session is done fully clothed, typically lying on a massage table, in a quiet and held space.
