What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized massage technique that uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the body.
Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system has no pump — it relies on movement, breath, and manual support to keep things flowing. When lymph becomes sluggish or congested, it can show up as swelling, fatigue, immune issues, and a general sense of heaviness.

MLD is a profoundly gentle therapy — lighter than a standard massage — with a wide range of applications from post-surgical recovery to general wellness and immune support.

How it works
Gentle support for detoxification, healing, and whole-body wellness.
Using slow, light, wave-like strokes following the direction of lymph flow, Holly gently encourages lymph fluid to move toward the body’s lymph nodes, where it can be filtered and processed.
Sessions are done fully clothed or with appropriate draping, and typically feel deeply relaxing.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage may be especially supportive for those experiencing post-surgical swelling, chronic fatigue, water retention, sinus congestion, or inflammatory skin conditions. Many clients also seek this service to support immune function, encourage detoxification, and promote an overall sense of balance and wellness throughout the body.
