Scar Tissue Remediation
Helping the body reintegrate what it has been through.
New Client Intake Form

Helping you reconnect with the parts of your body that have felt disconnected, numb, or changed.
Every scar tells a story — surgery, injury, trauma, childbirth. But scar tissue doesn't just sit on the surface. It can create restrictions that ripple through the fascial network, affecting posture, movement, sensation, and even emotional well-being. Scar tissue remediation helps the body soften and reintegrate those areas so they no longer limit how you move or feel.

Holly approaches scar work with patience and sensitivity — physically and energetically — recognizing that scars often carry emotional weight as well as physical restriction.
What Is Possible
Improved mobility
Releases fascial restrictions that limit movement around the scar site.
Better circulation
Encourages blood and lymph flow into an area that has been compromised.
Restored sensation
Numbness and altered sensation around scars often improve with consistent work.
Emotional integration
Creates space to process what the scar represents, not just what it feels like.
Reduced tightness
Softens hardened or raised scar tissue over time.
Cosmetic improvement
Scar appearance often improves with regular manual work.

How Holly works with you in scar tissue remediation
Holly approaches scar work with a reverence that many clients aren't expecting — and that they deeply appreciate. Scars are not just tissue. They are the body's record of something it went through — a surgery, an accident, a birth, a loss. Holly holds that history with care before she ever touches the scar itself.

Sessions begin slowly and gently, particularly if the scar is newer or the area is still sensitive. Holly uses a combination of myofascial techniques, skin rolling, and targeted MLD to begin softening the tissue and encouraging circulation back into areas that have been cut off. She works at the pace the tissue allows — never forcing, always listening.

For many clients, scar work also becomes a space for emotional processing. Scars connected to significant life events — a cancer diagnosis, a difficult birth, a serious accident — often carry emotional weight alongside the physical restriction. Holly is comfortable holding that space and will never rush past what comes up. The physical and the emotional are not separate in this work, and Holly treats them accordingly.
