This session is the starting point for understanding how retained primitive reflexes may be impacting nervous system regulation, movement, coordination, and overall function. Using gentle observation and functional testing, Holly identifies which reflexes are still active and how they may be showing up physically, behaviorally, or emotionally. Following this assessment, Holly creates a customized Integration Gameplan specific to the client. This follow-up work, booked separately by invitation, includes a clear breakdown of retained reflexes, targeted exercises matched to those reflexes, and a simple, structured routine for supporting integration over time. Integration sessions are offered only after the Initial Assessment and are designed to support change through consistency and integration rather than force.
